In Indian Vedic Astrology system, there are three things that have significance for developing horoscope. These are date of birth, time of birth and place of birth of a person. In most cases people know their date and place of birth, but sometimes they have some confusion regarding their time of birth. But the correct birth time is very important for astrologer to generate horoscope based on these details. If there is difference in correct birth time, there may be differece in correct horoscope. So the predictions based on this horoscope may be different from actual predictions. Therefore, availability of a correct birth time is must for an astrologer.
